Queen City History & Education Ltd. conducts lectures and educational seminars for a variety of groups and organizations, ranging from entertaining to fulfilling continuing education requirements for attorneys and real estate agents.

The history of Over-the-Rhine and the beer industry in Cincinnati. These presentations are designed to inform and entertain and are popular with civic organizations, corporate events, etc.

The economic value and benefits of historic preservation in Cincinnati and the challenges presented to preservation locally. These presentations are designed for historic preservation organizations, groups interested in learning more about the threats to Cincinnati's historic building stock, development and planning groups, attorneys and real estate agents.

Issues surrounding land-use law in Cincinnati. These presentations are designed to help developers, planners, lawyers, real estate agents, or others professionally involved in real estate understand: Cincinnati 's Historic Conservation Board, the city's Vacant Building Maintenance License, local tax abatements, and other zoning and land-use issues. With sufficient advance notice, these presentations can be created to satisfy continuing education requirements.
